PSSA’s first of two Groomer Operator Training classes was held on Monday, December 3 in Marienville, PA. The event was attended by 31 people and well received. The class covered grooming basics, effective operations in varying conditions, formulas for gravity to forward speed in processing snow, operational tips, plus safety, preplanning, and how to handle emergencies. PSSA would like to thank Terry Wood and Charles Walter for spearheading the two classes.
