Snow is coming! Are you prepared? Sled checked? Clothes ready? Plans made?
As a reminder: The snowmobile season has a variety of starting dates. Please check with the clubs where you ride/DCNR before you go. If you ride in NY check their website for up-to-date information.
Local clubs are busy working on trails. They are in need of help. Contact your local club or club where you ride and volunteer. A few hours of extra help is appreciated. If you can’t help at least make a donation to the club or become a member.
RAFFLE TICKETS ARE DUE. Please return your raffle tickets as soon as possible. The prizes of a large Blizzard trailer and an ATV have been donated by Blizzard Trailers and the BRP dealers. Patronize their business.
The PSSA Board wishes to thank all members and clubs who bought/sold tickets. Every ticket sold is a help to the organization. The drawing is Monday, November 16, 2020 at 1pm. You will be able to watch it on ZOOM. Details will be announced a few days ahead of the drawing. GOOD LUCK!
Also THANK YOU to all those individuals and clubs who have donated to PSSA. PSSA has made available over $500,000 in mini-grants to clubs over the last 8 years. CURRENT MINI-GRANTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED. CLUBS WILL RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM THE GRANT COORDINATOR, LISA VALLIMONT, REGARDING CONTRACT AND DEADLINES.
PSSA is in need of member input. A Committee has been working on a survey for several months. The data collected will be used to improve PSSA operations etc. Please return it as soon as possible.
