It is difficult to think of snow when most of the snowmobile riding areas are experiencing record heat this summer. In spite of this many clubs have been working on trail maintenance and membership information. If you haven’t joined a club please do so or provide a donation to the club where you ride. Club volunteers are the backbone of our trail system. Without their valuable work we would not have the trails we do. SUPPORT THEM.
The PSSA Membership meeting is on August 24, 2022. The current raffle drawing will be held at this meeting. More information will be e-mailed to all our members. As in the past members can also submit comments or list any questions you may have for the Board.
Presently there are two open positions on the Board. If you are interested in serving on the Board send your resume to Rich Hayes at: rahazey@yahoo.com by August 15, 2022.
Don Mosier and I are running again. View all candidate bios HERE.
The PSSA Registration Subcommittee of the Snowmobile and ATV Advisory Committee (SAAC) of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) have been meeting for several months. Most meetings have been centered on the Income/Expenses and Grants of DCNR. PSSA is now in need of updated information from all our clubs. We need to know what your club is experiencing in order to make good decisions for the benefit of all clubs. This information is needed from all clubs even those who do not groom or maintain trails.
DATA sheets will be e-mailed to all clubs by the beginning of next week. Please update your information and return them by mid-September. Thank you.
See you at the Membership Meeting – August 24, 2022 7pm
