HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! REMEMBER ALL OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE HELPED CREATE AND SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY! DON’T TAKE IT FOR GRANTED.
Meetings with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) continue. The process involves many personnel from DCNR, PSSA, CLUBS and our ELECTED OFFICIALS. DCNR presented their income/expenses and information concerning grants to the PSSA Board and our membership in the last several months. The PSSA Board is engaged with on-going discussions with DCNR via the Snowmobile and ATV Committee (SAAC). A sub-committee of SAAC was established to meet more frequently and move the agenda quicker than two SAAC meetings a year. PSSA also has a Registration Fee Committee that has been discussing issues related to the Registration Fee Increase. Your ideas are always welcome. The Camera/GPS mini-grant applications have been sent to clubs. If you did not receive the information please advise Lori Elliott, Grant Administrator (pssagrants@gmail.com)
The Annual Membership Meeting and Raffle Drawing is scheduled for August 24th at 7:30 pm. Plan to participate. Zoom information will be available closer to the date of the meeting. As always when you register you can indicate topics or questions you would like covered in the meeting.
SAFETY CLASSES – Clubs please plan to hold one. Send your information to Kathy/Maura as soon as possible. Parents please register your child early. Our youth need hands on training.
