Moving Forward – November 2016

PSSA members thank all those who have served or are presently serving our country in the military. Your sacrifices along with your family are greatly appreciated. USA!
Powersport Show
Thank you to Roger Auker and his committee members for their hard work in putting together a bigger and better Show. It takes many volunteers doing whatever needs to be done to make this Show a success. Thank you to those who helped in anyway vintage sleds, auction, used clothing booth, used toy corral, tickets, new memberships, safety class, ticket takers, security, parking, equipment donors
Thank you to those clubs who had booths at the show. It is a great opportunity to showcase clubs/trails.
Thank you to all our vendors and sponsors. Without their participation we could not have this Show.
More News:
Our Website Committee has been working to make improvements to our website. It is a work in progress. Check it out: www. pasnow.org
We are considering having a Members Only section on the site. Hopefully those who want our information will join the PSSA. Send any corrections to Kathy Woolever or the chair of the Committee, Larry Martin.
Discussion continues with representatives of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources concerning an increase in the Registration Fee. We would like a state-wide program similar to NY. After the election PSSA will be meeting with Representatives to present a Bill to do the above. E-mail me any suggestions or ideas.
PSSA has several committees. We are asking for anyone who is interested in any of the committees listed in the Keystone Snowmobiler to send me an e-mail with your information. All committees are in the process of being revamped. An important committee which the Board has just approved is the Fund-raising Committee. We need your ideas and help to make PSSA financially viable.
Happy Veterans Day!
