Hello, everyone!
With winter just around the corner, I am very sure of the fact that there is a lot of trail maintenance activity going on across the state. This activity includes the trails needing tree trimming, bridge repairs, and signage posting. The clubs' groomers, tractors, and clubhouses all need attention as well. It is the time of the year that all members of your clubs are being rallied to come and get involved.
The Pennsylvania State Snowmobile Association (PSSA) is working on the next round of Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) grants. With the high cost of fuel, these grants can be a welcome relief for your club’s expenses. Please check on the process for applying for any projects on your wish list as well.
The plans are still in the works for a 2027 PSSA PowerSports Show to be held out in the western part of the state in Erie. This crucial decision will be made in the November timeframe. We would love to hear from you on any of your thoughts to make it another great show.
Please sell your Fall Raffle tickets and get your yearly dues mailed in. To all those who have already done this, we send a big "Thank you"! As members of PSSA know, the raffle tickets are our major fundraiser that supports the association to do all the good work and advocating for snowmobilers across the state. Your participation is very important.
